Terms of Service

Joinza is operated by AIDO Technologies Ltd ("AIDO", "we"), a company registered in New Zealand. By creating an account or using Joinza you agree to these terms.

Joinza is a marketplace that connects people with open slots in real-world plans. We are not a party to the events themselves, not an event organiser, not a ticketing issuer, and not a dating service. Hosts are responsible for their events; participants are responsible for their own conduct and judgment.

You must be 16 or older (18+ for paid opportunities), provide accurate information, and keep your credentials secure. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the Community Guidelines.

Payments for paid opportunities are held in escrow by AIDO and released to the host after the event's confirmed start. Refunds follow the policy template selected by the host at listing time (see Refund Policy). A platform fee of 5–10% applies to paid transactions. Card processing is handled by our payment providers; we do not store card numbers.

You retain rights to content you post and grant us a licence to display it on the platform. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate the Community Guidelines, applicable law, or the safety of others.

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act and Australian Consumer Law where they apply), AIDO's liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of hosts or participants at real-world events.
