Refund Policy
Every paid opportunity carries one of three refund templates, chosen by the host when they post and enforced automatically by our escrow system.

Flexible
Full refund any time before the event starts.
Standard
Full refund 24h+ before start · 50% within 24h · none after start.
Strict
No refunds after acceptance (ticket transfers are final).
Rules that always apply
Host cancels → full refund. Regardless of template, if a host cancels, every escrowed payment is refunded in full, automatically.
Event never starts → full refund. Escrow releases only after the host confirms the event start. No start, no release.
Withdrawing yourself triggers the listing's template based on time-to-start. Any non-refundable share releases to the host.
Disputes: raise within 48 hours of the scheduled start via the Contact page; funds stay held while we review.
Nothing here limits your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act or Australian Consumer Law.
